Jason Boucher is a Portsmouth & Manchester, NH-based digital marketing professional. He currently works at Cookson Communications in Manchester, New Hampshire, as director of social marketing. Previously, he was the director of social media at The University of New Hampshire. Jason has a sustained passion for digital marketing with experience in SMO, SMM, SEO, Meta & Google Ads. He has been a featured speaker at many higher education & social media conferences around the U.S. Jason has been a social media evangelist for since the days of FourSquare and MySpace. He has a relentless passion for creating engaging content and seeing campaigns come to life. Jason loves collecting vintage and new vinyl, curating playlists on Spotify and Apple Music, and enjoys hosting Nocturnal Radio, his all-new bi-monthly streaming music program via Mixcloud. Prior to Nocturnal Radio, Jason hosted a radio show for 30 years, beginning in college at WUNH and then at WSCA followed by guest performances at Noods Radio UK and Soundwaves. A real student of the art, Jason enjoys all genres of music but feels a special connection to Modern Jazz, New Wave, Punk, indie rock, and The Grateful Dead. Jason bought his first album at age 7 and has collected music ever since. As a kid, each Saturday, he and his dad would buy a new LP and two Maxell UR-90 cassettes to record the album — one to play on his Sanyo boombox, the other for his dad’s truck.
Jason still loves digging in the crates. In fact, he has an online record store available through Discogs and he has grown quite the collection of vinyl.
